Local know-how
East-coast morning light is a gift — we shoot ocean-facing homes between 6–9am for the cleanest rendering. Summer humidity produces haze; winter (May–September) delivers sharper horizons and cleaner drone footage.
King Shaka International creates controlled airspace north of Durban — most of Umhlanga and Ballito need proactive flight planning. We check restrictions per coordinate before every drone brief.
December through mid-January is peak for Airbnb and short-let listings. We prioritise holiday-let shoots from September–November to capture stock before the season.
Durban is a regular travel route from our Cape base. We batch shoots across multiple agencies to keep travel cost spread — ask about shared shoot days.
