We usually book 3–7 days out for property shoots and 2–4 weeks for larger brand or event productions. Urgent same-week slots are often available — just ask.

Edited property photos within 24–48 hours of the shoot. Video within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery is available on most jobs.

Yes. We travel nationwide across South Africa and frequently shoot in the Garden Route, Eastern Cape, and coastal developments. Additional travel fees may apply, quoted separately.

Exterior hero images and full interior coverage (wide-angle). Final images are colour-graded, sky-replaced where needed, and delivered via a download-ready link. Aerials available as an add-on where SACAA regulations allow.

Floor plans and Matterport-style virtual tours are available as add-ons. Let us know up-front so we can block the correct shoot time.

Yes — twilight sessions add roughly 45 minutes on-site and produce the highest-converting listing imagery. Pricing is a single add-on.

Every listing is quoted individually based on property size, location and deliverables. Request a quote on our pricing page — usually back within 24 hours.

Yes. Agencies shooting 8+ listings a month qualify for monthly retainers with locked-in pricing and priority booking. Email [email protected] for a proposal.

You receive a perpetual licence to use all delivered assets for marketing the property, listing, or brand in question. DV Media retains portfolio rights. Full-copyright buyouts are available on request.

High-resolution JPG for photos (sRGB + Adobe RGB on request), MP4 H.264 for video, and 9:16 vertical cuts for social. Raw files are not included by default.

We monitor forecasts the day before and will reschedule without penalty up to 18:00 the day before the shoot. Day-of cancellations due to weather are also free to reschedule.
