DV Media real estate photography pricing is quote-based, scoped per shoot rather than fixed by listing. Three core tiers exist — Starter for standard listings (up to 25 edited HDR images plus a basic walkthrough video), Standard for mid-to-upper-market homes (up to 40 images, walkthrough plus social reel), and Pro for flagship and trophy listings (up to 50 images, multi-focal-length walkthrough, plus a high-end social reel). Add-ons cover floor plans, twilight sessions, agent interviews, detail photography, rush delivery and extra social cuts. Every brief is quoted within 24 hours with line items spelled out — no surprise extras at delivery. Agencies shooting 8+ listings a month go on retainer (10% standing discount); 15+ listings is 15% off with a written turnaround SLA. Travel inside Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban is included; beyond a 100km radius is quoted separately. 50% deposit on confirmation, balance on delivery.

Most listings fall between the Starter and Standard packages. Quotes come back within 24 hours of brief submission with clear line items, and pricing scales with property size, deliverables and location.
Agencies shooting 8+ listings a month get a 10% standing discount per listing plus locked-in priority slots. 15+ listings/month is 15% off with a turnaround SLA in writing. Higher volumes are agreed bespoke per agency. Full breakdown on the agent page.
Inside our home metropoles (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban) — no. Beyond a 100km radius, travel is quoted separately and disclosed up front before the shoot is confirmed.
