You typically receive between 20 and 40 fully edited images, and the exact count depends on the package you choose and the size of the property. We balance the bright sea against the room in every frame so the view and the interior both read properly, and we plan the shoot window around the tide and the haze. For holiday lets, a twilight frame of the balcony or pool deck is the single strongest image in the gallery.
We photograph listings right across Durban and the KZN North Coast — Umhlanga, La Lucia, the Pearls and Izinga Ridge, Ballito, Zimbali, Salt Rock and Sibaya, Durban North (Umgeni Park, Glen Hills, Prestondale), and the Berea and Morningside character suburbs of Musgrave and Glenwood. Travel within the greater Durban metro and up the North Coast is generally included in the standard quote. For listings further afield — the South Coast around Shelly Beach, or the KZN Midlands towns of Howick and Hilton — we simply factor any travel into the quote up front, with clear line items. You do not need to be on site. Most agents simply arrange access through a lockbox, the homeowner, the estate gate-house or a building manager, and we handle the shoot independently — confirming the priority spaces and any styling notes with you beforehand. If you would prefer to attend, to brief us in person or manage the seller, you are very welcome to. Either way works equally well.
