Yes, both Pinnacle Point Golf Estate and Mossel Bay Golf Estate. Estate property needs the setting in the story, because the outlook, the security and the estate itself are part of the price rather than a bonus. We shoot the house properly and then give the listing at least one frame that shows how it sits in the estate, with aerials through our registered partner pilots where the ground simply cannot show it. Flag estate access when you book.
Yes, along with Diaz Beach, De Bakke, Heiderand, Island View and Seemeeu Park. They are genuinely different markets sitting next to each other, so they get different treatment. Dana Bay and Heiderand are largely family and retirement homes judged on space and light. Diaz Beach, Da Nova and Hartenbos carry far more holiday and letting stock, where proximity to the beach has to be visible in the gallery rather than only in the description.
Honestly, both work. Mossel Bay is the first stop on our Garden Route run west from St Francis Bay, so it is easy to combine with George or with other listings in town, and doing so keeps the travel line in your quote lower. Yes, and it is a large part of the work here. Letting photography sells nights rather than square metres, so it leans on outdoor space, the walk to the beach, the braai area and the feeling of arriving on holiday.
