Common questions.

How many photos do I get?

You typically receive between 20 and 40 fully edited images, and the exact count depends on the package you choose and the size of the property. A compact two-bedroom apartment naturally yields fewer usable angles than a multi-wing family home with established gardens, so we scale the delivery to the property rather than forcing a fixed number. On the shoot we capture every usable angle — every room, the key exterior elevations, and the features that make the listing distinctive — then curate down to the strongest, cleanest frames so your gallery has no weak filler images. Every delivered photo is colour-graded and supplied web-ready for portals like Property24 and Private Property as well as print-ready for brochures and window cards.

How quickly are photos delivered?

Standard delivery is within 24 hours of the shoot. In practice that means a property photographed in the morning is usually back in your inbox, edited and graded, by the following morning — fast enough to launch a listing the next day without losing momentum. Images arrive as a download-ready link with both web-optimised and print-resolution sizes included, so you can post to portals and social channels and send files to print in the same session. If you are working to a tighter deadline — a show day, a portal cut-off, or a seller expecting the listing live immediately — rush same-day delivery is available at a 30% surcharge, confirmed in your quote. Twilight and video add-ons may add a few hours to the editing window.

Do you shoot twilight?

Yes. Twilight is included in the Pro package and available as an add-on for the Starter and Standard packages — it is itemised in your quote so there are no surprises. A twilight shoot captures the property in the short window just after sunset when the sky turns deep blue and the home's interior and exterior lighting glows warm. It produces the single most eye-catching frame in most listing galleries and is especially worthwhile for waterfront homes, properties with pools, gardens, or strong architectural lighting. Because the usable light only lasts roughly 20 to 30 minutes, twilight is scheduled carefully alongside the daytime shoot.

Which areas of Cape Town do you cover?

We photograph listings right across Cape Town and the Cape Peninsula — the Atlantic Seaboard (Camps Bay, Clifton, Bantry Bay, Sea Point, Fresnaye), the City Bowl, the Southern Suburbs (Constantia, Bishopscourt, Newlands), the Northern Suburbs, the False Bay coast, and out toward Stellenbosch and the Winelands. Travel within the greater Cape Town metro is generally included in the standard quote. For listings further out, or a cluster of properties in one area, we simply factor any travel into the quote up front, with clear line items. Tell us the suburb and we will confirm coverage and pricing within 24 hours.

Do I need to be on site during the shoot?

You do not need to be on site. Most agents simply arrange access through a lockbox, the homeowner, or a building manager, and we handle the shoot independently — confirming the priority spaces and any styling notes with you beforehand. If you would prefer to attend, to brief us in person or manage the seller, you are very welcome to. Either way works equally well.
